The 16-year-old Red Oak girl reported missing early Tuesday was found later that night in an Arlington apartment.
After running down numerous leads, from New Braunfels to Atlanta, Ga. and Mexico, Inez Ramirez was located at an apartment complex in Arlington. Investigators were reuniting her with her family Tuesday.
